Hi SkiClubZ Users,
We want to introduce you to Sprongo, the next version of SkiClubZ.
We took your feedback seriously
Thank you for an awesome first year. It was great to see all of you using SkiClubZ. Thanks to your feedback SkiClubZ got better and better as the year progressed.
However, there were bigger improvements that we wanted to make and we thought it would be best to wait for the summer to work on those. Those improvements are finally ready and we’ve packaged them into a new site called Sprongo.
Increased Focus on Smaller Groups
You don’t want to sort through the videos from all the age groups; in most cases you just care about your age group. On Sprongo everything revolves around your immediate groups allowing you to access the videos you care the most about with increased ease.
Video Albums:
You have many different types of videos: World Cup Races, Drills, Dryland Exercises even Award Ceremonies. We are revamping our video organization to allow you to create and manage your own video albums.

Increased emphasis on teamwork:
The most time consuming part of video analysis is sorting through and naming the videos. Usually this responsibility was solely left to the coach. At SkiClubZ we experimented with allowing athletes to contribute. Sprongo takes this to the next level and emphasis teamwork like never before.

Selective video sharing options
We live in a social world where people share their experiences online. We know that there are some videos you want to share with the whole world, like a winning run or a back flip, and some videos you want to keep private. Our improved sharing options will give you the best of both worlds.
Built to listen and improve
At the heart of Sprongo lies our desire to constantly improve; therefore we included a feedback form on all our pages and we openly publish our number on the footer. We are here to serve you and hearing from you will make our jobs easier.

We want you to have a seamless transition
We worked hard to ensure you have a seamless transition to Sprongo, but if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at support@sprongo.com.
Hi Sprongo Users,
First of all thank you, thank you and thank you. Since we opened the site up for invitation-only testing we’ve had over 1000 videos uploaded, over 90 teams created and over 300 users registered.
More importantly you guys gave us great feedback and using your feedback we’ve made improvements. Here are some of the more major improvements we’ve made:
Improvements To Tagging and Watching: We believe Sprongo is a more valuable tool if the videos are tagged with athletes. Our belief in the benefits of tagging was so strong that initially we only allowed tagged videos to be analyzed. That was not a good idea. It caused a lot of confusion. So we rethought our approach to tagging.

The pink tag icons will help you identify the untagged videos.
Now you can watch videos before tagging them but all untagged videos are marked with a small pink tag icon. We’ve also made changes to the video watching page to make it easier to tag videos while watching them. We also added a previous video and next video buttons and an album gallery that shows all videos from that album. We hope these changes will provide a better experience.
Better Uploading: You guys want the fastest uploading experience possible and we are determined to provide the fastest experience possible. You’ll notice is that the uploader launches right away and starts uploading without encoding the files first.

Other Planned Improvements: It wouldn’t be fun if we told you everything we were working on. You deserved to be pleasantly surprised :).
