Norges Toppidrettsgymnas

Norges Toppidrettsgymas NTG, short for Norges Toppidrettsgymnas, is the name of the Norweigan school of elite sports. It uses Sprongo’s video analysis to help enhance the performance of its athletes. NTG wants to help young people to combine education and elite sport. It supports its pupils in a way that may lead them to win medals at an international level, while also giving them a quality education and fostering a positive attitude. The foundation was developed in 1981 and now caters to 22 different sports with 840 pupils, 76 teachers and 72 coaches. NTG Geilo NTG Geilo was established in the Autumn of 1990. It is the department for Alpine skiing, biathlon, cross country and snowboarding. The students attend the school for three years. It has 90 students that are separated into three different classes. Canadian rowing Canadian rowing uses our video analysis tools to compete successfully at an International level. Rowing is one of Canada’s top summer olympic sports. It is popular as it does not discriminate on age or ability.  Teams are selected to represent the country at each international rowing competition, including the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Rowing Canada Avrion (RCA) is the overall governing body for rowing in the country. RCA was founded by the rowing clubs that existed in 1880 and was originally named “The Canadian Association of Amateur Oarsmen.” In 1974 the name was changed to “The Canadian Amateur Rowing Association”. RCA has grown to a total of 15,000 members of different levels, ages and ability. Members row for recreation, fitness, health and competition. Ski Video Analysis Tool Update

 Angles – new to ski video analysis We have just added Angles, a new drawing feature, a first in the world for cloud based ski video analysis tools. This allows you to highlight and calculate critical angles that you achieve, for example during a ski run or any other sport activity where physical precision is critical. You can find the tool once you activate one of your videos with the ” > ” icon, then selecting the ” √ “. Create your first angle then drag the lines and points to the positions on the video you want to measure. Try it out then see if you and your team mates can achieve a bit more of an edge by adjusting your position and attack angles. Compare your current form to your past videos and team members.
